Finally, after about three months the Holy Spirit spoke to me. He said, there are some REVELATIONS that you can not receive unless you EXPERIENCE them. For example, you cannot receive the REVELATION that I AM the HEALER until you EXPERIENCE MY HEALING POWER." He spoke to me about the revelation and importance of us UNDERSTANDING that WE ARE THE BODY OF CHRIST. Then He began to minister to me concerning KNOWING CHRIST IN HIS SUFFERINGS as the Apostle Paul KNEW HIM. We all want to know Christ in His POWER, but we DON'T want to SUFFER ANYTHING! When in REALITY, our INTIMACY with GOD comes through the things that we SUFFER! It was in this period of SUFFERING, that the Holy Spirit BIRTHED the following Spoken Word in and through me. In fact, I believe THIS SPOKEN WORD that God BIRTHED in and through a time of SUFFERING in my life to be one of the most MEANINGFUL and POWERFUL of all the Spoken Words that He has ministered to me!
For those who are enduring a season of SUFFERING right now, I want to ENCOURAGE you! This may not be your FAVORITE season of life, BUT it can be one of your GREATEST, as you TRUST GOD in spite of! It is in these times of SUFFERING that we must cry out to God for the IN SPITE OF ANOINTING... the POWER and ANOINTING to enter into a place of INTIMACY with the Godhead as we never dreamed possible!

Being inspired by the Holy Ghost, the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 3:10-11, “That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.”

Jesus is the name
Of the One Who came
To proclaim
Salvation to the lost
For which He paid the final cost
He’s God’s One
And Only Begotten Son
Rejected and scorned
Since the day He was born
To the Father He cried
As He suffered, bled and died
That our needs be supplied.
“Why hast Thou forsaken Me?”
How could this be?
It’s a fact
Even the Father turned His back
As our sin
Was laid on Him.
J – E – S – U – S!

Jesus is the Door
To the life you’re looking for
He became the Final Sacrifice
He alone would suffice
To pay sins’ enormous price
When He died upon the cross
It seemed all hope was lost.
They placed Him in a tomb
His rented room
Cause in three days
All were amazed
Jesus was alive
The Son of God revived
The Father raised Him from the dead
Confirming every Word that He said
When Jesus was risen
He released many from hell’s prison
His life He gave
That all could be saved.
J – E – S – U – S !
Do you know Him?
Do you really, really know Him?
In the sweet sacrifice
Of the scourging whip
Upon His bleeding back
As He was unjustly attacked
Do you feel the crown of thorns
That upon His head was worn?
And the nails in His hands and feet
As they pounded with a steady beat?
Do you feel the pain
That poured down on Him like rain?
Do you share His sufferings
And the glory to God it brings?
Cause only then
Can we even begin
To really, really know Him
In the power of His resurrection hour
To be raised
And give God the truest praise!
