2015 - A Year of Sifting, Shifting and Lifting

2015 - A Year of Sifting, Shifting and Lifting
I have noticed over the last couple of years that Holy Spirit has begun to minister a prophetic word for the New Year several months preceding January.  This year He revealed to me the significance of this is due to the Biblical calendar, whose New Year begins earlier than the Gregorian calendar New Year.  Although Holy Spirit ministered this message to me for 2015 a while back, He is leading me to share it now.
Holy Spirit ministered to me that 2015 is a year of sifting for God’s people, when God is shifting the atmosphere and supernaturally lifting His remnant to a place of functioning beyond their gifting.  It is a year when it is essential for the people of God to differentiate between good, better and best and to refuse to settle for less than God’s perspective of best.  Some things are lawful, but not expedient.  Some things are permissible by God but not required or even desired by God.  We must keep the main or primary thing first.  This requires a continual and fervent spiritual search to know the heart and passion of God.  We must seek His WAY and trust Him to fulfill His will.  We must seek His FACE (intimacy) and trust Him to manifest His unchanging hand (provision and grace) in our lives.  God desires us to see His Big picture for our lives and trust Him with the details of it.
Holy Spirit ministered this further to me through an enquiry that I made of Him.  I enquired of the Lord to know whether or not He had changed His ministry in and through me in order to know how to proceed in faith and prayer concerning His will.  The following day I experienced a tremendous overshadowing of God’s presence during worship.  In the midst of being flooded by His presence, Holy Spirit suddenly ministered His answer to my enquiry in the most unexpected way.  He showered me with such a peace and realization that the answer to my question is that it does not matter.  Rather, He instructed me to just continue to worship Him and pursue His presence, maintaining the Big Picture or vision of intimacy with Him as my sole pursuit, and to leave all the details to Him.  Surprisingly, I felt such a release and understanding that truly it is sufficient and best to pursue the Way of God, knowing by faith that He will take care of the details of His will in and through my life.
I pray God’s blessings upon each of God’s sons and daughters throughout this season of sifting, shifting, and lifting.  May we like Moses receive the fullness of the revelation of God’s Way and learn to walk in the Spirit by faith according to God’s will, and not by our own sight.  May we rather learn to SEE as God SEES through the wondrous gift of worship and intercession (a continuous entering into Him session), by which we SEE through the eyes of Abba’s heart, the eyes of the Mind of Yeshua, and the eyes of the seven-fold Spirit of God.  In Yeshua’s most precious name.  Amen.
