Personal Passover

Adonai Yeshua

I wanna know You in the power of Your resurrection!

So, I’m makin’ this confession…

My flesh is alive

It just don’t wanna die

But I’m sayin’ goodbye,

Cause I wanna know You in the power of Your resurrection

Adonai, it’s the greatest blessin’

And I don’t wanna face Your rejection

So, I’m putin’ my flesh on trial

Cause for too long I’ve been in denial

Of everything written in the X files

Of my heart

Where should I even start?

My X rated vision

My X rated decisions

Through sin’s lethal incision

Into my heart

I’ve been hit by a deadly poisonous dart

Only to find that my heart

Was deceitfully wicked from the very start

So, I’m doomed

To the judgement of death and the tomb

And to a second death

My final judgement date has been set

Yet, I have only one hope

Found in the Gospel John wrote

Yeshua said, “I AM the resurrection and the life…”

And He has opened so many blind eyes

Saul was blinded by the sight of Him

Only for his spiritual sight to truly begin

All I’m sayin’ is that I’m with him!

Adonai Yeshua,

I wanna know You in the power of Your resurrection!

So, I’m makin’ this confession…

I’m declaring a personal Passover

That’s it! This tug of war is over!

I’m declaring a personal revival!

Yeshua, remove every rival

And every denial of Truth

So that all that remains is You.

Now is the time of my redemption

No longer will I even mention

The excuses birthed through denial

Of everything written in the X files

Of my heart

Cause by faith I’ve been given a new start

No more X rated vision

No more X rated decisions

No more fear or condemnation

Cause I’ve tasted of True Salvation

Yeshua is His name

And I’m dedicated to increasing His fame

Yes! I’ve found hope

Lookin’ in the mirror

Lookin’ for a hero

Feeling like ya ain’t nothin but a zero

Ya, it’s like dat

Ain’t nobody really got your back

Everyone knows da cards have always been stacked

Stacked against ya’

You’re either in denial or ya’ got dementia
Lies! Go back to whoever sent ya’!
Negative thoughts constantly on rewind
Cause they want to remind -
You
Of stuff that was never even true
Ya, it's like dat
Me tellin' ya da' truth, cause C. Love got yo' back.

It’s time to break the mirror

It’s time to find a new hero

Forgiveness eliminates your debt down to zero!

Yeshua is the name

Of the One who came

To proclaim

The fame

Of a Heavenly Father

Who adopts unlimited numbers of sons and daughters

Lookin in the mirror

Seein through the eyes of your Hero

No longer feelin like a zero

Fear and doubt have dropped like flies

Along with their swarm of lies

And your new vision is a beautiful surprise.

So look in the mirror

And become more like your Hero

He’ll reduce your debt down to zero

As you draw ever nearer to the cross of Yeshua

Don’t let Him hafta say He never knew ya’

He’s tryin to get His Word to ya’

So, that He can blow His Word through ya’!

So, it’s time to tell the devil and your flesh, “Boo ya’!”

“I’m a new creation. So, technically the new me never even knew ya’!”
